Pika’s legacy to us will be in his offspring. Pika has sired nine offspring since we purchased him, six of which are Champions. He also has three grandkids that are doing well in the ring, Ch. Twin Lakes La Fille de crème, Ch. Madaka’s Bully Idol and Ch. Madaka’s Gobby Donut...with four more waiting in the wings.
We are looking forward to this next year in the ring.
Pika, along with our Wilma Sue Kaiser were both listed in the k9info dog list as being the French Bulldog Top Producers for 2005. Contact us for his stud dog info.
in the fall of 2001 Pika became the second French Bulldog to arrive at the Kaiser house. The old cliché of you can't have just one Frenchie is true. Wilma Sue had to make sure that he was acceptable and then graciously decided he was ok.. Ever the gentleman, Pika allowed WilmaSue to continue to keep the house in her own French Fry fashion. In 2002, Pika met Sue Shore and they traveled to shows all over the Midwest. Being a very competitive little man, he often sprinkled on the group placard if it didn’t have a number one on it! He loved showing off in the ring and people often commented on how he would stop, look at the crowd and flex his muscles - what a ham. Entertaining the people at ringside was always high priority with Pika. Finally the day came when we retired Pika. However, Pika’s heart didn’t come home with him and two days later, with our hearts breaking and a lot of tears, Pika returned to the love of his life, Sue Shore and will remain under her careful watch for the remainder of his days.
